Puneeth Rajkumar, the Kannada film superstar, will be seen in ‘Yuvarathnaa‘, the filming of which is almost complete. The actor’s next project is ‘James‘. The filming of ‘James’ will be resumed soon.
A few portions of the movie had already been filmed earlier. A Karnataka based Telugu actor will also work in this film, stated the team of the movie.
The actor has spread his magic in Kannada films like “Yugadi” , ‘The Villain’ and “Hendathi helidare kelabeku.” He will enter sandalwood again with this movie.
But nothing has been revealed clearly about the role yet. He is seen in various roles like that of a hero, villain and in supporting characters too. In all the roles, he has won the hearts of the Tollywood audience.
Telugu actor Srikanth is being speculated to join the cast. But nothing about the cast has been confirmed by the makers till now. Srikanth’s last Kannada movie was “The Villain’. Shivarajkumar and Sudeep were also seen in the film. After working in Tollywood, Srikanth is ready for his come back in Sandalwood.
After everything started to become normal in the post-pandemic situation, the preparations for resuming work was being taken by the movie makers. So now they have been able to restart the pre-production work.
The filming for an action scene will be commenced soon. Fight composers Ram-Lakshman are directing the action sequences in this film.
Director Chethan Kumar of ‘Bharjari’ fame is directing the film and Kishore Pattikonda is producing it. This movie will be the debut of Appu as a music composer and the music will be scored by Charan Raj.
