Vijay Sethupathi Calls Thalapathy Vijay’s Film ‘Master’ A Masterpiece

‘Master’ is one of the most anticipated Tamil movies of the year. The Thalapathy Vijay starer film is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Lokesh rose to fame due to his movies like  ‘Kaithi’ and  ‘Maangaram’.

The film was supposed to be released in June this year but it couldn’t happen because of pandemic. Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi will be playing the villain in the movie, as it is being heard. Malavika Mohanan has been selected as the female lead.

Vijay has shared his feelings about the role of a villain in the movie ‘Master’ in a recent interview. He said that everyone has a dirty side inside them. But everyone may not get rid of that dirty mentality.

Vijay thinks that acting as a villain may be a way to bring that dirt out of a person. He added that he enjoyed the role of a ruthless gangster in the movie very much.

The name of the character Vijay Sethupathi is playing is Bhavani. As it is being known, two different ages of Bhavani will be featured in the film. Earlier, it was informed that Master Mahendran has played the younger version of Bhavani. The grown up version has been played by Vijay Sethupathi.

The audience will get entertained the most by the combination of Thalapathy Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi, said Sethupathi while he talked about the film. He said that the viewers who wanted to see him a villain and Thalapathy as a hero in a single movie will be satisfied now. He called the movie a “masterpiece.”

XB Film Creators and Seven Screen Studio have jointly produced the film. Anirudh Ravichander has done the music. Alongside the lead actors, the movie includes a long list of star cast.
